Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Made to Order

Every TATSU WEAR product is produced specifically after an order is placed. Because each item is printed and finished on demand, please review the product description, garment measurements, and size chart carefully before ordering.

Made-to-order status does not by itself remove any cancellation, return, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Products personalised to your individual specifications may be treated differently where applicable law provides a specific exception.

2. Return Window

Contact TATSU WEAR within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return, or within any longer period required by applicable law. Email returns@tatsu-wear.shop with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request.

If applicable law gives you a cancellation or return right with a separate deadline for sending the item back, that legal deadline will apply.

3. Return Conditions

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, returned products should be:

unworn;
unwashed;
undamaged;
free from perfume, deodorant, stains, hair, or other signs of use; and
in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect an item only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit. Any permitted deduction for diminished value will be made only where applicable law allows it.

4. Return Process

Contact TATSU WEAR and receive return instructions before sending anything back. This helps us provide the correct return location and identify your parcel. This process does not remove any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be made conditional on prior authorisation.

Do not send products directly to our production or international fulfilment partner unless TATSU WEAR specifically provides that return address in writing. Returns sent to an unapproved address may be delayed, lost, or incur additional costs.

5. Non-Defective Returns

For an approved non-defective return, and only where permitted by applicable law:

the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs;
original shipping charges may be non-refundable, except where the law requires reimbursement;
TATSU WEAR may wait to issue a refund until the returned product is received or the customer supplies acceptable proof of return, where legally permitted;
any inspection will be limited to confirming the item’s identity, condition, and eligibility;
refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible; and
bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after TATSU WEAR issues the refund.

TATSU WEAR will issue any refund within the period required by applicable law.

6. Size Exchanges and Ordering Mistakes

Please select the size using the measurements and fit information on the product page. For an ordinary sizing mistake not caused by TATSU WEAR, the available resolution may include a return and refund where applicable, store credit, a discounted replacement, or a replacement for which the customer pays shipping. A free replacement is not guaranteed unless required by law.

Any discretionary discounted replacement is normally limited to one per order and does not reduce statutory rights.

If TATSU WEAR or our fulfilment partner sends a size different from the one ordered, the claim will be handled as an incorrect order without charging replacement shipping. See our Damaged or Incorrect Orders Policy.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

This policy does not restrict remedies for products that are damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrectly embroidered, materially different from their description, or otherwise non-conforming. See our Damaged or Incorrect Orders Policy.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply to you. If this policy conflicts with a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, the applicable law prevails.
