Order Cancellation Policy

1. Requesting a Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact orders@tatsu-wear.shop as soon as possible with your order number. We will review the request against the order’s current production and fulfilment status.

2. Made-to-Order Production

Because TATSU WEAR products are made to order, production may begin soon after an order is confirmed. We will make reasonable efforts to stop an order when a cancellation request is received, but operational cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfilment begins.

Made-to-order status does not by itself remove a statutory cancellation right. Any mandatory cancellation or cooling-off right, and any lawful exception for genuinely personalised goods, will apply according to the relevant law.

3. Cancellation Outcomes

  • If production has not started: TATSU WEAR will normally cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • If production has started: TATSU WEAR may be unable to stop the order. Any refusal, deduction, or alternative resolution will be subject to applicable law and the nature of the product, including whether it was genuinely personalised to your specifications.
  • If the order has shipped: Operational cancellation is no longer possible. Any available refusal or return must follow our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
  • If TATSU WEAR cancels the order: TATSU WEAR will refund amounts paid for the cancelled item and its associated shipping, except where a different remedy is required or agreed under applicable law.

Any deduction for an accepted cancellation outside mandatory statutory rights will be limited to actual, disclosed, non-recoverable costs and made only where legally permitted. TATSU WEAR will not deduct payment-processing fees where doing so would conflict with applicable law.

4. Refund Timing

Approved cancellation refunds will be sent to the original payment method where possible and issued within the period required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after TATSU WEAR issues the refund.
