The Story
The first TATSU drop lived on a spreadsheet before it lived on a shirt. We counted every size we would need to hold to avoid a stockout and the number was a warehouse — or a debt. On the mats, waste is a sin; you do not run extra rounds for show. So we chose the harder workflow: no inventory, no pre-print, no sale rack to hide mistakes.
Every order hits the printer when you click buy. Not before. The blank is pulled, the screen is set, the ink — Dojo Ink — goes where the design earned it.
