Are TATSU WEAR products made to order?
Yes. Each TATSU WEAR item is produced after you place your order. This reduces overproduction, but it also means your total delivery time includes both production and shipping.
Where is my order produced and shipped from?
TATSU WEAR works with an international fulfilment partner. Depending on the product, stock availability, destination, and routing, an order may be produced and shipped from China or another country where our fulfilment partner operates. Items in the same order may sometimes ship separately from different locations.
How long will my order take?
Production and delivery times vary by product, destination, fulfilment location, carrier, customs processing, and order volume. Any timeframe shown at checkout, on a product page, in your order confirmation, or in tracking information is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number after the relevant parcel ships. Tracking may not update immediately and may pause while a parcel moves internationally or through customs.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import charges?
Possibly. Unless a charge is clearly shown at checkout as collected or prepaid by TATSU WEAR, the customer or recipient is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and handling charges, to the extent permitted by law. These charges are set by local authorities or carriers, not TATSU WEAR.
Why did I receive more than one parcel?
Products may be assigned to different fulfilment locations, so items in one order can arrive separately. Each parcel may have its own tracking number.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Contact orders@tatsu-wear.shop as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfilment begins. Applicable statutory cancellation rights are not limited. See our Address and Delivery Responsibility Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where reasonably possible. A confirmed manufacturing, printing, fulfilment, or packing error will be handled without charging you replacement shipping. Your legal rights remain unaffected. See our Damaged or Incorrect Orders Policy.
Can I return an item or exchange the size?
Return and size-resolution options depend on the item, its condition, the reason for the request, and your applicable consumer rights. Because products are made to order, please review garment measurements and the size guide before ordering. Made-to-order status does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. How do TATSU tees and hoodies fit?
TATSU tees use an oversized, boxy streetwear cut and a heavy 240gsm cotton; TATSU hoodies are 380gsm heavyweight cotton with an oversized fit. If you are between sizes, most customers size down for a true-to-size look or stay true to size for the full oversized fit. Every product page includes a size chart image with garment measurements — please review it before ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rates apply when the free-shipping threshold is not met: $5.95 US, $7.59 UK, $7.79 EU, $11.29 Canada, $10.69 Australia/New Zealand, $12.99 Japan and EFTA states, $14.99 Brazil and other destinations. Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout on eligible orders over $75 within the United States and over $150 for all other destinations. See the Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. TATSU WEAR fulfils internationally through our fulfilment partner, with flat-rate shipping worldwide and quoted estimates for the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, and other major destinations. Exact methods and rates are shown at checkout; if no estimate or method is displayed for your destination, contact us before ordering.
Why is a product out of stock?
Every item is made to order, so listed stock reflects currently available production capacity. If a size or colourway is unavailable, contact support@tatsu-wear.shop with the product name — we will confirm availability and timing before you order.
Which martial arts does TATSU currently cover?
